Women’s Midlife Group

A five-session virtual discussion group for women navigating the transitions of midlife and looking for community with others in this life phase.

Midlife can involve changes in work, relationships, family roles, caregiving responsibilities, health, and identity. This group provides a structured place to discuss those experiences, hear from other women, and consider the questions emerging in participants’ lives.

Discussion will be shaped by the interests and experiences of the group. Possible topics include:

  • Changes in identity, priorities, and relationships

  • Work and professional transitions

  • Parenting, caregiving, and changing family roles

  • Boundaries and competing responsibilities

  • Decisions about what comes next

The group will be facilitated by Lauren Manning, MD, a psychiatrist and psychotherapist at Wildwell Psychiatry.
